GSP Group has made an application to amend the Official Plan Designation and Zoning for the property located at 1497-1511 Old Plains Road. These applications will permit 75, 3-storey, one and two bedroom stacked townhome units on the subject property. The proposal will be completed as a phased development. Phase 1 consists of 51 units and Phase 2 will consist of 24 units. Vehicular access is proposed from Plains Road with an internal road network with 1 parking space per unit and 11 visitor parking spaces located throughout the site.
