The City of Burlington and Halton Region will be continuing improvements in the Autumn Hill Crescent area and on Palmer Drive in 2022 and 2023.
This will include curb, sidewalk, and asphalt replacement, street lighting upgrades (City of Burlington), and full watermain and water service replacement (Region of Halton) on the streets per the map below. Please note that A Cosmos Concrete & Paving Ltd. is the only driveway paving company hired by the general contractor King Paving & Construction Ltd. for this project. There is no other driveway paving company associated with this project.
Project schedule
The remaining project works in the Autumn Hill area are scheduled to begin in March 2023. Resident should expect to see the Contractor mobilize during the week of Mar. 20, 2023, including survey work, construction signage and barrel setup, and active construction as early as the week of Mar. 27, 2023. This timeline has the potential to be affected by weather. Construction is currently scheduled to be complete by the end of May 2023.
