Postal Service Disruption

Please be advised mail to and from the City, including Halton Court Services has been impacted by the Canada Post service disruption. To pay a bill, renew your dog licence, receive notices about events and services at the City, please see the information below or contact Service Burlington at 905-335-7777 or city@burlington.ca

Payments to the City

In-person payments can be made at the Service Burlington counter at City Hall (426 Brant St.) with cash, cheque, debit or credit card. Please advise customers to bring a copy of their invoice.

Residents unable to pay in person may pay electronically by submitting an etransfer to accounting@burlington.ca.

Secure deposit boxes are located at the City Hall Locust Street entrance and outside of Sims Square at 390 Brant St. Residents and businesses can drop off payments by cheque, bank draft or money order, Attn: Accounts Receivable. Cash is not accepted.

Email communication to city@burlington.ca is temporarily unavailable. City staff are working diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Until further notice, customers can connect with Service Burlington in the following ways:

  • On the phone at 905-335-7777
  • In person at 426 Brant St. on the main floor of City Hall, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday
