Vehicle Loading Zone, 415 Locust St. closed

The Large Vehicle Loading Zone at 415 Locust St. is closed for construction storage.

Please use the 20 Minute loading zone to the south on Locust Street towards Lakeshore Road or the Large Vehicle Loading Zone on Elgin Street at the corner of Locust Street.

This is in effect until Spring 2023.

Service Burlington counter closed Oct. 20, between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

The Service Burlington counter temporarily located on the third floor of 390 Brant St. beside City Hall will be closed on Thursday, Oct. 20, between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The counter will re-open at 1:30 p.m.

Phones and emails will continue to be answered during this time at 905-335-7777 and city@burlington.ca.

Residents can visit burlington.ca/onlineservices to access a variety of City services online.

Centennial Multi-Use Pathway Temporary Closure of the entrance at Martha Street

The west access point to the Centennial Multi-Use Pathway at Martha Street will be closed for three days this week for work on underground utilities. The work will start on Wednesday, Aug. 3 and be completed by Friday, Aug. 5, 2022.

The closure will impact the section of the Centennial Multi-Use Pathway that goes over the creek. The closed section starts at the east side of Martha Street to the west side of Harris Crescent. 

To access to the Centennial Multi-Use Pathway where the Elgin Promenade ends (at Martha Street), please detour north on Martha Street, east on New Street and south on Smith Avenue.
