Proposed Development
- The proposed development comtemplates a 7-storey retirement building consisting of 124 suites; a mix of 20 two-bedroom units, 29 one-bedroom units and 75 studio suites are proposed. The development will have a total Gross Floor Area of approximately 8,692 sq.m with a Floor Area Ratio of approximately 2.45:1. Access is proposed from Cumberland and New Street. A total of 44 parking spaces are proposed. The applicant will require amendments to the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit the proposed development.
