A Zoning By-law Amendment application is proposed to facilitate the development of two senior residences. The application seeks to modify the existing site-specific zoning exception for the Subject Lands to allow for two buildings with heights of 12 and 8 storeys. The Zoning By-law Amendment will also address minor reductions to parking and site-specific setbacks for the Subject Lands.
