Halton Court Services provide court services with offences related to the Provincial Offences Act. This act applies to all provincial statutes, as well as municipal bylaws and some minor federal contraventions, and it governs how charges are processed and prosecuted.
Our provincial offences court and administrative office is located at 4085 Palladium Way in Burlington. Our administration services are available Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Prosecution |
The Prosecution Unit is part of the Legal Services Division of the City of Burlington. Please note that the Prosecution Unit does not provide legal services or advice to members of the public. All defendants have a legal right to disclosure, which is the evidence of your case. Requests for disclosure can be made by completing the disclosure request form. Please note: when completing the request form, if you have not received a Notice of Trial, you may insert any future date so that the form can be processed. |

From Dec. 24, 2024 to Jan. 1, 2025, no court hearings are scheduled and justices of the peace are not available to enforcement agencies or to review applications from the public.
