The City of Burlington's Seniors' Advisory Committee represents our seniors' community and its needs.
The committee will:
- Gather feedback from our seniors' community
- Provide comments to City staff and Halton Region's Older Adult Advisory Committee
- Provide public information and awareness about seniors' needs
- Represent seniors' perspectives on issues such as transportation, isolation, affordability and parks and recreation services
- Support strategic planning for local seniors' services
The committee reports to Council through the Committee of the Whole.
