If you are the owner of a property in the City of Burlington and you would like to change your mailing address and redirect mail to a new address, please complete our online Property Tax Mailing Address Change Form or make your request through the Property Tax Portal.
Change of property tax ownership
If you are selling your property, we typically receive the change of ownership update from your lawyer. Lawyers can send a copy of the registered Transfer/Deed, after closing, by email or by fax to 905-335-7877.
If you receive a tax bill for a property in Burlington that you no longer own, please complete our online Property Tax Ownership Change Form.
