Join the free, one-year Smart Commute program trial
Smart Commute Halton Municipalities is offering a free one-year trial of the program to qualifying workplaces. Get in touch with us to learn more and see if your workplace qualifies.
Your one-year trial will include the following base services:
- Smart Commute app/Tool - A dedicated online network for employees to find fellow carpoolers to share rides and measure the impact of their travel choices.
- Emergency Ride Home - In the event of an emergency, employees who carpool, take transit, cycle or walk to work can travel home quickly - on us (up to $75/trip/person).
- Annual events and campaigns – There are 3 monthly campaigns a year that provide employees with resources, webinars, commuting challenges, and prizes: (1) Winter Commute Month (February); (2) Bike Month (May/June); (3) Smart Commute Month (September).
- Outreach/tabling event – One in-person or virtual outreach/tabling event (1-2 hours) on a topic of your choice (e.g., how to find a carpool partner, how to use PRESTO, bike safety)
