The City of Burlington is committed to creating an accessible community for everyone of all ages and abilities. Our Multi-year Accessibility Plan outlines how we will continue improving accessibility to City services and facilities from 2019 to 2023.
Work to develop the 2024 to 2028 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan has begun.
Our Multi-Year Accessibility Plan aligns with our Strategic Plan and the legislative requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005 and its regulations. We developed this plan in consultation with our Accessibility Advisory Committee, staff members, people with disabilities and the public.
