Pay the fine in full |
Pay the fine in full at our Halton Provincial Offences Office on 4085 Palladium Way, Burlington or by phone at 905-637-1274. A refund will be issued if the appeal is successful. |
Order a transcript of the court proceedings |
Place an order in-person or by phone for three copies of a transcript of the court proceedings at our office on 4085 Palladium Way, Burlington. |
Pick up and review your appeal package |
Pick up and review your appeal package, including instructions and required forms, at our office on 4085 Palladium Way, Burlington. |
File your Notice of Appeal |
File your Notice of Appeal form (included in your appeal package) with the Ontario Court of Justice within 30 days following the date of the conviction. Mail or submit it in-person to:
