
The Working Group is comprised of a group of individuals selected to review and make recommendations on the compensation, benefits, and all applicable expenses of elected officials. Supported by City staff from Human Resources and Finance, the Working Group serves as a voice that represents the City of Burlington’s constituents to ensure a fair and equitable review of Council Remuneration for the 2026 to 2030 term of office.
The Group will remain active until Council considers the recommendations in the Working Group's final report (by December 2025).
