Please fill out our application form and send along with a detailed site map and any questions to festivalsandevents@burlington.ca. We will provide further details and instructions once we review your application. All film applications require a fee of $162.80.

When to apply
You must apply at least 10 business days before you plan to begin filming, or at least 30 days in advance if the filming:
- Includes a hazardous activity
- Involves a road closure
- Requires a bylaw exemption (i.e., filming after 11 p.m.)
