Council Information Packages (CIPS) are published every week on Friday afternoons for members of City Council and the public. They can include information reports and memos from staff, inter-governmental correspondence from the provincial and federal government, other municipalities and from local boards and committees.
Starting in January 2025, you can find published CIPs on the City Meeting Calendar.
Members of City Council may request that an information item from a CIP be placed on the next available Committee of the Whole agenda.
