We offer monthly Downtown Parking Permits for many municipal lots. Monthly rates range from $91 to $151. To make a new Downtown Parking Permit request, please log into your account on the Parking Customer Portal.
To renew an existing parking permit, you will need your licence plate number associated with your permit.

Starting in June 2025, we will no longer be accepting applications for the Alton Village Residential Parking Permit. Please apply for the new Citywide On-Street Residential Permit.
The cost of the permit is $30 per month or $350 per year. To apply, please visit the Service Burlington counter for the application documents. Proof of residence and vehicle ownership are required. More details are available on the Citywide Parking permit page.
