
The Appeals Committee hears appeals from decisions issued by the City related to licensing bylaws. It also hear appeals against orders issued by the City under the City’s Property Standards Bylaw.
If you have been served an Order or Notice, you may wish to appeal. The Appeal Committee is a quasi-judicial body appointed by City Council. This means it has the authority to make decisions on claims or disputes.
How to submit a Notice of Appeal |
| A completed Notice of Appeal must be submitted to the City Clerk or designate on or before the appeal deadline date indicated in the Notice or Order. |

The non-refundable appeal fee of $445.00 must be submitted at the time of the application.
