You need to have current liability insurance to rent space in any City facility in Burlington. The City of Burlington must be listed on the insurance certificate as additionally insured.

If you cannot supply your own insurance, we can provide coverage options for many activities and types of rentals for an additional fee.
We make every effort to keep our facilities open for scheduled activities and rentals. When unsafe weather conditions occur, the city may close facilities. We will post facility closure updates online. You can also call 905-335-7738 to receive facility closure updates.
When Environment Canada issues a weather alert, advisory or watch, facility renters can proactively cancel or reschedule their booking without penalty.
