The community rooms are available during non-peak hours on weekdays, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some facilities may have different hours. See the FAQ section below.
Spaces are intended for personal and community use only. Some examples of activities allowed are meetings, card games, light activities, and more.
Residents may still reserve community rooms more than seven days ahead of time. Regular rental and insurance fees will apply to bookings made beyond this seven-day window.
This program does not apply to commercial or for-profit bookings. Only community rooms at the specified facilities are available for reservation.

You need to have current liability insurance to rent space in any City facility in Burlington. The City of Burlington must be listed on the insurance certificate as additional insured under the name of The Corporation of the City of Burlington.
If you or your group supply your own insurance, you should check with your insurance provider to see if there are any exclusions.
If you cannot supply your own insurance, we can provide coverage options for many activities and types of rentals for an additional fee.
We make every effort to keep our facilities open for scheduled activities and rentals. When unsafe weather conditions occur, the city may close facilities. We will post facility closure updates online. You can also call 905-335-7738 to receive facility closure updates.
When Environment Canada issues a weather alert, advisory or watch, facility renters can proactively cancel or reschedule their booking without penalty. If you wish to proactively cancel your rental due to weather, email at least two hours prior to rental start time. You will be contacted by email the next business day to confirm adjustments to your facility rental contract.
In the event of a rainout, please email Customer Service within two business days of your session to reschedule or request a refund.
