The City of Burlington's Teen Tour Band (BTTB) is known globally for its level of excellence in music and marching. The BTTB is open to youth aged 13 to 21 who want to represent Canada as musical ambassadors.

The Burlington Junior Redcoats Band is the feeder organization of the Burlington Teen Tour Band, Canada's Musical Ambassadors.
The Burlington Junior Redcoats Band is open to children ages 9 to 13. Music students can join the band when they begin their lessons and apply their skills in a marching band.

Band membership runs from September to June with an annual fee. Rehearsals are Saturday mornings from 9:15 to 11:30 a.m. at the Music Centre.

How do I become a band member? |
We are always welcoming new members to the band. You can come introduce yourself at one of our rehearsals. We ask that you email us and let us know when you are planning to come. In your email, please include:
When you arrive, we will need a parent to fill out a contact form to get you started. If you have an instrument, bring it with you. If not, let us know and we will do our best to have one ready for you. If you are joining the Colour Guard, Drum Line or Tuba we will supply the instrument to you. |

When are rehearsals? |
The BTTB travels a lot during the parade season, making from 60 to 80 appearances annually. Most members also attend weekly private music lessons offered through the Music Centre's instrumental program. Rehearsals take place weekly at the Music Centre:
