Burlington Transit is your free ride on Canada Day, July 1

Take Burlington Transit to get to all your Canada Day plans on July 1 for free. Tap your PRESTO Card to take advantage of your free ride. No PRESTO? No problem! Just hop on the bus and our drivers will get you where you’re going, no charge.

We're also running a Saturday schedule on July 1. Plan your trip on myride.burlingtontransit.ca and leave the driving and parking to us on Canada Day.  Routes 2, 3, 4 & 10 all go to Downtown Burlington and Spencer Smith Park. If you’re travelling by GO, take the late night Route 52 back to the GO station.

Customer Service at the Burlington GO Station, 2101 Fairview St. and Specialized Dispatch will be closed on Wednesday, July 1.

Take the shuttle to Spencer Smith Park for Canada Day

We are running a fully accessible, free shuttle service from 2 to 11 p.m. on July 1. The shuttle will make stops at the Burlington GO Station (south side, platform 4) and travel to  Lakeshore Rd. at Brock Ave.
