The City of Burlington continues to take appropriate action to prioritize the health and well-being of our community and staff. Our goal is to keep the public and staff safe and help minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus, while maintaining essential City services.
The City continues to follow both provincial and regional direction and regulations.
The Province of Ontario re-opening plan and updates to public health and workplace safety measures includes the latest public health measures, masking advice and restrictions from the Province.
Masks or face coverings and physical distancing is no longer required. Anyone who feels safer or more comfortable wearing a mask is welcome to do so.
The City of Burlington’s health services are provided by Halton Region.

The Service Burlington counter is open to the public to offer in-person services from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Burlington’s business support organizations (Team Burlington), which includes Burlington Economic Development, Burlington Chamber of Commerce, Burlington Downtown Business Association, Aldershot Village BIA and Tourism Burlington have taken a coordinated approach in supporting businesses during COVID-19.
