The Burlington Mall site (777 Guelph Line) is made up of three properties. The owner of the central property (on the north side of Prospect Street at Dynes Road, current location of Hudson's Bay and Active Green + Ross) proposes to redevelop the central property with a mixed-use development consisting of eight buildings (11 towers) with heights ranging up to 37 storeys, and a new public park. Overall, the proposed development includes 3,476 residential units, a retail gross floor area of 7,279 m2, and a residential gross floor area of 242,279 m2. The proposed Floor Area Ratio is 6.14:1. One new north-south street and one new east-west street are included in the proposed development.
