
Burlington, Ont. — Sept. 12, 2022 — This October, eligible voters in Burlington will choose who they want to represent them on Burlington City Council in the 2022 municipal election. Voting for the municipal election takes place between Oct. 11 and 24. Residents are encouraged to make a voting plan, so they are prepared to cast their ballot, using the voting option most convenient for them.

Step 2: Make sure you are on the Voters List
Being on the Voters List saves you time when you vote. You are mailed a Voter Information Letter at the beginning of October that tells you who you can vote for and your in-person voting locations. To see if you are on the Voters List, go to myvoteburlington.ca. If your information needs to be updated, changes can be made at Burlington Public Library branches and City of Burlington pools up to Oct. 22, or on election day at your ward voting location. We want to make voting as easy as possible for you by ensuring voting locations are accessible to everyone. On election day, four voting locations will be available in each ward.
