The elevator will be out of service from Sept. 14 to Dec. 31, 2026 while the new elevator is being installed.
There are accessible parking spaces on levels 1 and 2.
Those not able to or not wanting to take the stairs can park in other lots nearby:

Residents and visitors can use the HonkMobile app to search, pay for and top-up parking payments directly from their smartphone, tablet or computer.
Parking is free in Downtown Burlington on weekends and holidays. For parking downtown, visit burlington.ca/downtownparking.
