Please be advised that the Centennial Trail east of Martha Street will have maintenance work carried out between Oct. 4 – Oct. 20. The trail in this area will be closed during this period of time.

Live stream of Sept. 11 CSSRA meeting

Update: the live stream has been restored and can be accessed online.

Due to technical issues, a live stream of today’s meeting of the Corporate Services, Strategy, Risk and Accountability Committee  is not available. A video of the meeting will be posted to after the meeting. Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting in person.

Service Burlington counter closed July 20, between noon and 3 p.m.

The Service Burlington counter located on the main floor of City Hall at 426 Brant St. will be closed to in-person service on Thursday, July 20, between 12 (noon) and 3 p.m. The counter will re-open at 3 p.m.

Phones and emails will continue to be answered during this time at 905-335-7777 and

Residents can also visit to access a variety of City services online.

Issue with CIBC Credit Cards

Please be aware an issue has been identified with some CIBC credit cards. Customers who have credit cards affected by this issue may see transactions with the City of Burlington appear on their credit card statement with an additional identification of “Cat Hospital of Burlington”.

CIBC is aware of the issue and has advised that cardholders should contact CIBC directly to notify them they are receiving incorrect Merchant Names (i.e. Cat Hospital of Burlington) on their credit card statements. Customers can contact CIBC by calling the number located on the back of their credit card.
