The Downtown Transit customer service team will be moving to the Burlington GO Station, 2101 Fairview St., in the spring of 2025. The Burlington Transit customer service team looks forward to continuing to help you in person from their new location, over the phone and by email.
Services available at the Burlington Transit Customer Service location:
The Burlington Transit customer serve team will be centrally located on the main level of the Burlington GO Station, Fairview Street entrance.
With twice as many routes, and 120 percent more Burlington Transit riders using the Burlington GO Station over the Downtown Transit Terminal, it makes good sense to move our customer service team there. Not to mention, all the great services already available in the Burlington GO Station Terminal:
Burlington Transit Routes and Connections at John Street Stop Locations
The four bus routes that arrive and leave from the John Street bus stop locations will stay the same. Burlington Transit routes 2, 3, 4 and 10 will continue to provide service in the downtown area and offer connections to Hamilton (HSR) service. Routes 2 and 10 connect from John Street to the Burlington GO.
After the Downtown Transit Terminal closes, you can still use the two large bus shelters on the west and east side of John Street to wait for your bus.
How do I get help now?
Until we move, the Burlington Transit customer service team will be at the John Street Downtown Transit location, seven days a week to help you.
