The City of Burlington will be continuing improvements on Lakeshore Road, from Pineland Avenue to Burloak Drive. This work will include road resurfacing, spot curb replacement, multi-use pathway replacement, and streetlighting upgrades.
King Paving and Construction Ltd. has been awarded the Lakeshore Road Resurfacing contract.
Nighttime paving is scheduled from Monday, Oct. 6 to Wednesday, Oct. 8, daily from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Access from Lakeshore Road to Pineland Avenue, White Pines Drive, Kenwood Avenue, and Hampton Heath Road will be closed. Expect major delays.
