Back to SearchTAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of the City of Burlington is providing this Notice of Intention to Remove a Holding (H) Symbol pursuant to Section 36(4) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, for lands municipally known as 1160 Blair Rd.
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Burlington intends to pass the amending By-law No. 2020.XXX at the Council Meeting on Oct. 15, 2024.
The proposed amending zoning bylaw would amend Zoning By-law 2020 for the property located at 1160 Blair Rd. by removing the Holding (‘H’) Symbol prefix to permit the underlying General Employment (GE1-486) Zone category to take effect. The applicant intends to facilitate the expansion of existing institutional and employment uses as well as the development of a new banquet hall and recreation centre.
