Recreation program registration for summer 2026

The City of Burlington offers a wide variety of recreation programs for all ages and abilities, from educational programs to sports and fitness programs.

Registration starts:

• Summer adult programs - Thursday, May 21
  • Log into your account to join the online virtual waiting room starting at 6:45 a.m., registration starts at 7 a.m.
• Summer swimming lessons - Saturday, May 23
  • Log into your account to join the online virtual waiting room starting at 8:45 a.m., registration starts at 9 a.m.
• Non-resident - Friday, May 29, at 9 a.m.

Staff are available to assist you on launch mornings by phone at 905-335-7738, or in person at Burlington Seniors Centre (May 21) and Tansley Woods Community Centre.
