The City of Burlington and Halton Region will be making improvements in the Spruce Avenue area in 2026. The scope of work will include Spruce Avenue, Goodram Drive, Shoreacres Place, and Mackay Court. City works include asphalt rehabilitation, curb, sidewalk and storm sewer repairs, and streetlight improvements. Halton Region works include watermain replacement on Spruce Avenue.
