Spruce Avenue
The watermain work on Spruce Avenue has experienced delays due to supply chain issues, and utility conflicts delays. This will delay the road work on Spruce Avenue until 2027. All disrupted areas will be temporarily fixed for the winter season.
Lane restrictions and short-term road closures will be in place during construction. You will still have access to your home. Additional information will be provided during construction.
The full road closure on Spruce Avenue at Shoreacres Creek has been extended until the end of November 2026.
