The City of Burlington is proposing a Zoning Bylaw Amendment to implement the findings of the Cannabis Production Study, which will affect lands city-wide. The File Reference No. is 502-02-72.
To incorporate feedback from the Statutory Public Meeting held on Nov. 16, 2021, City staff have prepared a revised Zoning By-law Amendment which proposes:

A recommendation report, which provides a description of the proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment, a summary of the technical review, and public comments received to date, will be available for public review on Friday, April 22, 2022 at burlington.ca/calendar.
