The Streamlined Development Application Fund Project will improve the City’s development application process.
The project focused on three areas to improve:

Development charges process
to free up staff to focus on what’s important and make our process more efficient. -
Improve the Pre-Building Permit process
to reduce review times and simplify the process. -
Pre-consultation
to reduce the back and forth of application contents and quality.
