Santa Paws is coming to town! Book your pet photos with Santa at the Burlington Animal Shelter on Saturday, November 22, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Meet adoptable animals, learn about our licensing campaign "Home for the Holidays" and visit the shelter garage sale to purchase new and used pet items just in time for the holidays!

- The event is by appointment only. Please call 905-335-7777 to secure your 10-minute photo timeslot.
- Pet photos with Santa will be available for a minimum donation of $10, which will go towards the Burlington P.A.W Fund.

When do I get my photo? |
| After the event, event attendees will receive their virtual photo by Nov. 28, 2025. |
What if I missed my timeslot? Can I still drop by with my pet? |
| Unfortunately, timeslots are arranged to ensure the steady flow of animals in and out of the shelter to reduce stress/anxiety of the animals, etc. Walk-ins or late appointments cannot be accommodated. |
Do I make my donation upon booking or same-day? |
| Donations will be accepted same day. |
Will donations be cash-only or credit card? |
| The Animal Shelter will accept all forms of payment. |
How should I bring in my pet? |
| All dogs must be leashed and all small animals must be in appropriate carriers. |
How do I book a time slot (link, phone, email)? |
| Residents will call in to Service Burlington (905-335-7777) between Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. to book their timeslots. |
