Street Sweeping Program begins week of April 27

The City will begin its annual street sweeping program the week of April 27, 2026.

Street sweeping will take place city-wide, across all primary and residential roads over the next four weeks, weather permitting.

To help crews complete the work efficiently and ensure the most thorough cleaning possible, please remove all vehicles, basketball nets, hockey nets and other obstacles from the road to allow our sweepers to do a thorough and efficient job. On your collection day, please keep garbage and recycling bins at the end of your driveway instead of the road.

To minimize disruption, sweeping on major roads will be conducted in the early morning hours. Residential streets will be scheduled throughout the day as crews move through each area.
