Proposed Development
- The proposed development consists of three residential buildings with heights ranging from 9 to 20 storeys and a total gross floor area of 45,968 square metres. The western boundary and central portion of the Subject Lands will be occupied by landscaped outdoor amenity space. A total of 628 units are proposed, varying in size from studio units to three-bedroom units. The proposal will provide 597 vehicle parking spaces, including 94 visitor parking spaces. Access to the development is proposed through an existing driveway along Grahams Lane. In order to develop the site with the proposed residential use, it will be necessary to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law for the Subject Lands.
