Statutory Public Meeting Notice
The City of Burlington is proposing a Zoning Bylaw Amendment to implement the findings of the Cannabis Production Study, which will affect lands city-wide. The File Reference No. is 502-02-72.
To implement the findings of the study, City staff have prepared a draft Zoning Bylaw Amendment which proposes:
You are invited to attend a Statutory Public Meeting under the Planning Act with respect to the above-mentioned proposal.
Due to COVID-19, this Statutory Public Meeting will be conducted virtually. Only the Chair of the meeting, along with a clerk and audio/visual technician, will be in Council Chambers, with all other staff, members of Council and delegations participating in the meeting remotely. This meeting will take place on:

An information report which provides a description of the proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment, a summary of the technical review, and public comments received to date, will be available for public review on Friday, Oct. 29, 2021. The report will be available on the City’s website at burlington.ca/calendar by searching for the meeting date for the Community Planning, Regulation and Mobility Committee.
